We took the tour with Robert for my bachelorette party and it was honestly the best day of our trip!!!! Everything was perfect! Robert was so fun and a great guide! He brouGht is beers, waters, and super yummy empanadas so we were good to go . We started the day with snorkeling which was so cool getting to see all the fishies and coral..then we did sub wing which was something new for our group and was really fun, then we spent the day on tortuga island where there was so much to do you could rent jet skis there , there were bathrooms , souvenirs, and multiple restaurants. We had beach chairs and Robert even got us coconut rum punch which was the BEST coconut I had ever had. We tanned and played around on the beach then had such a delicious lunch , then ended the day with tubing!!!! Love tubing ! It was a blast! We had the best day with Robert would recommend rhis tour 10/10!!!!
It was a super fun trip. We went to Tortuga Island and had many fun activities included. The tour was organized very well and professionally and we had a great time. Thanks to Robert for the hospitality and being a great guide. Definitely reccomended if you visit Costa Rica!
We did the subwing tour with Robert. It was absolutely amazing. It was a fun 45 minute ride to the island. Robert made sure we got there before the big boat crowds. We did snorkeling and saw lots of tropical fishes. Then it was a very tasty snack and refreshing water/beer break. We then did subwing, it was a really cool experience, truly like flying under water. Then we head to the island with some relaxation under the shade on the comfy beach lounge chairs with fresh fruit. Lunch was delicious. We did tubing in the afternoon. Robert is from Netherlands, speaks perfect English and is very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. The tour felt like having a good friend that takes you on his boat to a personalized adventure. What more can one ask for.
We used SubWing CostaRica for a wonderful private charter for 8. They were able to provide a dive master and all the gear for our 2 certified divers, and snorkel gear for the rest of us. They included a wonderful afternoon at the white sand beach, lunch, drinks, chairs and umbrellas. After lunch they arranged for the 5 kids to be pulled on a banana raft.
We booked the tour including transportation to the boat, light Breakfast, Fruit, Lunch and Rum Punch and were picked up promptly from our Condo and driven to the launch area where Owner/Guide Robert met us. The boat ride out was about 45 minutes and we were just off of Tortuga Island for Snorkeling and Breakfast Empanadas. Next was the unique Sub Wing experience that allows diving, spinning or just hanging on as you control your depth. Then onto the island for relaxation and lunch before finishing with tubing on the way back. There was plenty of time to relax on the Island’s beach and this experience was much more personal than one of the larger boat tours. Even the ride on the “Rib”!style boat itself was exhilarating.
